I have found myself in a strange place

With strange, yet intriguing objects

And strange, yet amazingly awesome people

And strange, yet terrifyingly familiar occurrences

You know, it's really nice when someone adds a little color to your life.

Especially when you least expect it.

And especially when it is becoming increasingly harder to find color in your life.

Thank you for giving me color

Is this life "real life?"

I have been back in Virginia for three days now and I am still trying to return to "real life."

No more smiling children...

Strangers can no longer trust one another...

Love no longer grows in the absence of communication...

And curiosity is back to killing the cat...

This cannot be "real life"
